Although we strive for perfection, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a return, exchange, or refund. Our policy below is designed to offer clarity and a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns
A product purchased from TheBlindsDubai.ae may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The item is in original condition
- It remains unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and free from damage
- All original packaging, tags, and invoice are present
- The product is not custom-made (unless it has a manufacturing defect)
Important:
Custom-made blinds and made-to-measure window treatments are NOT eligible for returns unless the item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following products do not qualify for return or exchange:
- Custom-designed or made-to-measure blinds
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer
- Items that have been altered or tampered with after delivery
Refund Process
Once a return or refund request is submitted:
- Our team will review your request and inspect the product.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the order.
- Shipping, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or the issue occurred due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will assess the damage and decide on a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the severity and nature of the defect.
We prioritize such cases and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order:
- Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom-made blinds or window coverings cannot be canceled once production has started.
Service Regions for Returns & Exchanges
Our return, exchange, and refund services currently apply to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.
We do not accept international returns at this time.
