Custom-Made Products

All our blinds, curtains, and window treatments are made to order based on your selected design, fabric, measurements, and specifications.

🚫 Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or offer resolutions only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item, design, or size due to our error

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Any installation, delivery, or service charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement, repair, or correction instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
  • Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled or modified

  • Third-party courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions or unforeseen circumstances
